Day 1 Imperial Cities and Desert Tour: Casablanca – Ouarzazate

Depart from Casablanca, Morocco’s largest city and main economic hub. Private transfer to your hotel in Ouarzazate, known as the “Gateway to the Desert” for its strategic location on the edge of the Sahara. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ouarzazate / Zagora

Breakfast. Discover Ouarzazate, famous for its Kasbahs, including the Kasbah of Taourirt and the Kasbah of Tifoultoute. Visit the Kasbah of Aït Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage site used as a backdrop for famous films such as Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia. Transfer to Zagora, passing through the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Late afternoon arrival in Zagora, accommodation in a hotel, dinner, and overnight stay.

Day 3: Zagora / Tazzarine / Erfoud (270 km)

Breakfast at the hotel. Excursion to the village of Tamegroute, known for its historical library preserving rare manuscripts from the 12th century. Departure for Erfoud, passing through the Draa Valley and the Sargho Mountain range. Stop at Tazzarine, a typical Berber village, for lunch. Continue towards Erfoud. small Berber village.
In the afternoon continuation to Rissani, holy city for having buried the remains of Moulay Ali Sherif (head of the Alaouite dynasty). Arrival in Erfoud. Departure for the sand dunes of the ERG CHEBBI: arrival after about 45 minutes in time to witness the ritual and magical sunset. Return to the hotel in Erfoud, dinner and overnight

Day 4 : ERFOUD / TINEGHIR / BOUMALNE DE DADES (km 300)

Breakfast at the hotel. Departure for Tineghir to visit the stupendous and majestic GORGES OF TODRA: 250 meters of rock overhanging the gentle valley bathed by the river of the same name, an oasis of coolness and serenity, in symbiosis with nature proud to show such a spectacle! Possibility of visiting the Grand Canyons with supplement: you enter the Todrà Gorge by 4×4 and then exit the Dades gorges after about six hours of trails. Fascinating breathtaking views, silent valleys, the High Atlas mountains, will make you live an unforgettable day. Free lunch. Continuation to Boumalne de Dades, dinner and overnight

Day 5 : BOULMANE DE DADES / OUARZAZATE / MARRAKECH (Km 330)

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Marrakech, through the Kasbahs that you will meet on the way you will arrive at El Kelaa M’Gouna, famous for the processing of rose essence. Along the Dades valley we will arrive at Skoura, a small Berber village, where we will stop for lunch (free) and where it will be possible to take a pleasant walk. Through the High Atlas mountains, passing through the “TICHKA” pass (2260 m) you will arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon. Hotel accommodation, dinner and overnight…

Day 6 : MARRAKECH

Breakfast at the hotel. Appointment with the Italian-speaking guide for a city tour throughout the day. Marrakech, the second oldest imperial city in Morocco, was founded in the 12th century by the Almoravid dynasty. Also called the “rouge” due to the ocher colors of the houses and monuments, this stupendous and legendary city amazes with its artistic treasures, Hispano-Moorish architecture, and green gardens. You can admire the Menara Gardens and basin, Jemaa el-Fna Square, the Saadian Tombs, the Koutoubia Mosque – the largest in Marrakech with its minaret symbol of the city – visible from every corner, and the Bahia Palace, built as an ancient sultan’s residence. Free lunch. In the afternoon, continuation of the city visit. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 7 : MARRAKECH

Breakfast at the hotel. Free day in Marrakech dedicated to shopping and relaxation. Free lunch. Return to hotel, dinner and overnight.

Day 8 : MARRAKECH
