Details of the Marrakech Tour 2025
Day 1: Marrakech – Ouarzazate – Rose Valley – Dades
Depart after breakfast from your accommodation in Marrakech. Cross the stunning High Atlas Mountains and the Tizi n’Tichka pass at 2,260 meters. Visit Ouarzazate, a city famous for its kasbahs and its role in film production. Our first stop is the Kasbah of Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Continue through the Valley of Roses, known for its rose plants used in cosmetic production. Overnight in a Riad in the Dades Gorges. Dinner and accommodation at a hotel.
Day 2: Dades Gorges – Todra Gorges – Merzouga
Explore the dramatic landscape of Todra Gorges, a series of limestone river canyons. Continue your journey to the Sahara desert with a stop in the town of Merzouga, the gateway to Erg Chebbi. Enjoy a sunset camel ride into the dunes and spend the night in a nomadic tent under a starry sky. Dinner around the campfire.
Day 3: Merzouga – Ouarzazate – Marrakech
Wake up early to catch the sunrise over the dunes of Erg Chebbi. After breakfast, return to Marrakech via Ouarzazate. Enjoy one last look at the beauty of the High Atlas Mountains. Arrival in the late afternoon.
