Marrakech to the Merzouga 2026

Day 1: Marrakech – Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Todra Gorge – Tinejdad – Erfoud – Merzouga

Departure from Marrakech with a transfer through the Tizi n’Tichka pass, enjoying spectacular views of the Atlas Mountains and Berber villages. Proceed to the Todra Gorge for a scenic walk. Continue towards Tinejdad and Erfoud, with an optional stop to visit a fossilized marble factory. Arrival at Merzouga and begin the camel trek into the desert, with an overnight stay in a nomad tent in the heart of the dunes.

Day 2: Merzouga – Rissani – Anif – Tazarin – Draa Valley – Marrakech

Wake up before dawn to watch the sunrise over the dunes. After breakfast, you will circle the Erg Chebbi, visiting the oasis of Tissardmin and a nomadic camp to discover their traditions. You will also visit the village of Khamlia for tea and a gnawa music concert. Return to the hotel for lunch and a free afternoon. Dinner and a Berber show with drums.
